The hotel has a nice indoor swimming pool with sun loungers. The room included a large bathroom with a free-standing bathtub, two sinks, and Elemis bath products. Plenty of fun for kids with organized movie nights and large family spaces to relax. Spa offered great treatments like back and neck massages.

We had an amazing time! The full body massage was so relaxing, and my daughter loved it too. Lunch was nice and cheap, the fish and chips were delish! The pool was a bit of a trek, being across the parking lot. But the big lounge with two open fires was cozy, though we did have to wait a bit for coffee.

The Ickworth provided an exceptional experience during my stay, especially with their spacious Grand Tour room, well-maintained gardens, and excellent facilities for business travellers. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, and I found the on-site business center particularly helpful for preparing presentations.
